Our courier agent is Canada Post. Please ensure to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. In the event that the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address the customer shall bear any penalties or fees.

At this time, we are only shipping within Canada and United States.

Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping for all Canadian orders $50.00 CAD and over. Customers will bear the charge of $10.00 CAD on orders of $49.99 CAD or less. This promotion is subject to change at any time.

Due to new safety procedures, shipping of orders may be delayed.

	Standard Shipping on orders $49.99 and under	(2 – 6 business days) – $10.00
	Standard Shipping on orders $50.00 and over	(2 – 6 business days) – FREE
	U.S.A. Shipping Rates
	Standard Shipping on  all orders	(3 – 10 business days) – $10.00
	Sri Lanka Shipping Rates
	Standard Shipping on all orders (approx. 20 business days) – $5 per item

RSM Silks Online will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.

Shipment and Tracking details

Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies.  No deliveries are made on weekends, festivals or holidays.

Once you place your order and the order is packed and handed over to our courier agent, you will receive an email with the tracking details and Canada Post website details along with expected delivery date.

Import Duty and VAT Tax

Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that are imposed by the government and must be settled before your shipment can be delivered. You may or may not be charged but this is beyond the control of RSM Silks. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay these charges.
